penguin chat 3 was made by rsnail (moderator on cp) and it was only at http://www.rocketsnail.com you cant play it anymore coz it shut down when club penguin started.rsnail shut it down coz he was too busy on cp he shut his site down too.the mods on penguin chat 3 were happy,screenhog,rsnail and billybob.
The town and coffee shop in penguin chat 3 look the same as in cp.town and coffee shop dont hav any differences in cp and pc3. if you want more info go to http://www.swfcabin.com and type in penguin chat 3 or penguin.it was known as old club penguin (really old cp) more older than old cp
